Q-How do I know if this program is right for me?

Ans- The Weight Management Program is available to people seeking to achieve and maintain a healthy weight, improve their energy levels, reduce their stress levels, and lower their risk for chronic disease. Women who are pregnant, people with a BMI of less than 20, and those who have had gastric bypass surgery are not eligible for the program.

Q-How does this Program work?

Ans- This Program structures its curriculum around the 8 Essential Practices for a Healthy Mind & Body. This curriculum includes life-long practices designed to address poor nutrition, stress, and physical inactivity. Once you join the program, you will immediately be part of learning community in which you will complete courses, track progress in the program. Nutritionists will support and assist you throughout the program, via personal, phone and online interactions.

Q-I don't have a lot of free time, can I still participate?

Ans- In order to be successful in the program, we strongly recommend spending few minutes, once in a week with us to get Nutrition Education, nutritionist consultation.

Q-How many visits will I have to make to your clinic?

Ans-We encourage you to come once a week as a higher interaction helps the client to lose weight in a better manner. Since monitoring and follow-up is integral part and this aims at giving you results in a better manner, therefore in your interest only we call you regularly to assess your body’s compatibility towards the plans and then to provide advisory accordingly.

Q- After pregnancy I started gaining weight, so how much weight will be reduced after joining your program?

Ans- After childbirth we aim at including right kind of food and we do not aim at starving, therefore the weight loss will be brought in a slow and healthy manner.
