The 5 keys to Eating Well
1. Eat 9-12 servings of fruits and vegetables per day.
2. Eat 2-3 servings of low fat dairy per day.
3. Eat 1-2 servings of fish, lean meat, beans or tofu per day.
4. Eat more whole foods and less processed foods per day.
5. Reduce fat intake to 25 % of daily calories per day(or less).
